“The agency is mandated to ensure the availability of adequate and quality procurement services to both Governmental and non- governmental institutions. This responsibility is outlined in the public procurement Act cap 410.The range of services provided includes the supply of quality office stationaries as well as petrol and diesel for motor vehicles, motorcycles, and plants.

These services can be obtained from the Agency’s regional offices, which are located throughout the country for Tanzania mainland. It’s important to note that fuel services are available in twenty-five regional offices and three district offices, operating seven days a week from 7:30 am to 6:30 pm, including national and public holidays except for Dodoma region which is from 7:30 am to 9:00 pm. However Njombe are in the process of establishing the necessary infrastructure to provide fuel services.

For quality office supplies the service is provided five days a week from 7:30 am to 3:30 pm from Monday to Friday.
